As a seller, I found Steven, to excel at the highest standard in every category of a Realtor. His knowledge, research, and accuracy in pricing/timing are complemented by his extraordinary honesty and thoughtfulness to everyone, not just his client. He has gathered an ancillary team that meets his standards and allows for a flawless presentation of a home for sale, negotiating the transaction and constant follow through until the home is closed. Everyone, including the buyers and their Real Estate agent, was impressed and found him wonderful to work with. I can not find one flaw in his process of helping customers, whether buyers or sellers achieve their goals and I feel so lucky to have him represent me.
