John took his time to give me more than just details about the property. He provided insight into the how's and why's of the entire process when I was looking to buy my new home (new to me). He actually walked me through the property and even gave me the option to do a virtual tour. I appreciated his personal touch. His experience and genuine effort to make my deal exceptional and suited to me as his client was refreshing. I had spoken with other Realtors about the possibility of buying a fixer upper and they tried selling me on a house that they did not even walk and hod no idea of its current condition.
